How canlcancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, you may request a cancellation within the first hour (during the business hours of 9 am PST-5pm PST). Do note this does not guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified as we ship very quickly! Please double-check your order details and shipping information before checking out!

What ifI need to change my order?

You may update your order within the first hour. Please log into your Kosas account, select the order you need to edit, and update based on the dropdown options. You will also see a countdown of the time you have left to edit your order.

What do Ido if my package is lost?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment notification with your tracking number. You can also see all order updates in your Kosas.com account. Please allow 24 hours for updates to show up in your inbox.
